Hi to my faithful followers! We arrived in Cambodia on Friday morning (March 13th), and have had a whirlwind tour of the country. There is so much I would love to share with you....you may get very bored with my pictures and comments. One thing we have experienced everywhere is the love and humility of the Cambodian people. They are so gracious! Everyday we see evidence of God's work here, and it is extremely humbling for me to see their trust and faithfulness despite the overwhelming poverty.

As many of you know, one of our team members, Bobby Michaels, suffered a mild heart attack on Wednesday and is still in critical condition. Plans to fly him to Singapore were scrapped yesterday, he may be flown to Bangkok today. Please continue to pray for him and his wife, Lee. He's been at the best hospital in Phnom Penh, but he needs to see a cardiac specialist. We visited him last night and the waiting room was full of mosquitoes, and yes! a cat ran through the hallways. The hospital does not provide any meals, the family is expected to bring supplies and food. Interesting.....

I will write later, and hopefully will have pictures for my next post.

With love from Cambodia,

Off to Cambodia!

Tomorrow Jeff and I are flying to Cambodia to participate in a mission trip representing Global Connection International. Hopefully I will be able to blog when we arrive in Phnom Penh, and I will share our experiences with you. Thanks for following, and for all of the dear people who contributed towards this trip, we love you for your generosity and kindness. Please pray that we are effective witnesses of the GRACE of our Lord!http://www.gciworld.org/
